The new dimensions of globalization and the information society have brought new issues to the agenda in the Social Sciences. The new problems that arise with the reflection of globalization on social and economic life, from the industrial age to this side, are now shaking the institutionalized industrial society structure and social order, causing structural changes in the mechanisms regulating the working relations of the industrial society.
